Tuesday 14th December

A small party of us gathered at The Clayton Green Sports centre for today's Health Walk.  Gaz was the leader again and he took the five of us on a longer walk than the first one at just the right pace.

Again we were blessed with a good day for walking.

The ducks were busy on the small area of unfrozen water.
