Health Walk

Thursday 26th July -  A Michael Walk.  No photos today.  There was some light rain but on the whole it was a dry walk.  The leader was so busy talking in Cock Cabin Wood that we strayed from the path.  Fortunately no harm was done but a considerable amount of ribbing took place.

Today's walk.

For the future, today's walk can be adapted for differing abilities.  Short-cut paths are possible with seats nearby, see green and blue alternatives.  The walk can be in the opposite direction but I prefer to get the Cinder Path out of the way early.
