Health Walk

Thursday 25th October - The regular Thursday walk from the Barn. No sunshine but it was dry and not too cold. Nine of us set out with Brian leading. Brian decided to lead us into the northern section of the Park.

It's a pity about the short section along the A49 , a bit noisy. Back into the central Park and along the cycle track. Here two of us kept to the track, dotted line on map, whilst most of us dropped down through the wood.

Back up the hill with our customary rest to recover after the short but steep climb.

With our coffee, tea and biscuits back in the Barn, we had a discussion with Jim, the Park Manager, about starting Tuesday walks but we concluded that we would increase the Thursday walks to every Thursday before starting the Tuesday walks from the Barn.
