The 2009 Lancaster Guardian Trophy

Sunday 24th May

Wind westerly F1 - 2 increasing 3 for a time.

Course Cs - Hs - Fs x 3 and 2 laps. The same course was used for both races, the effect of the tide making them into two distinct races.

OOD - Michael Swarbrick; Rescue Boat - Ian Hall & Ian Atkinson

It was another glorious Glasson sunny day with a westerly sea breeeze.

Martin sailed into the lead in both races and was well clear of the remaining boats.  Ivan and John raced each other each one gaining an advantage in either race.  The GPs of Martin & John and Owen also had competitive races again each gaining the advange in one race.
