2009 Lighthouse Series 3

Monday 25th May

Yet another perfect day, sea to sky sunshine and a westerly light to gentle sea breeze. the cruisers had to motor over from Piel as there was no wind out to sea.

Ian Hall and Paul Gill manned the Rescue Boat and Ivan was OOD, he set the course but we timed ourselves.  

The course was Cp - Lighthouse/s - No. 8p - No. 10s - No. 12s - No. 14s - Bazil/s and through the line x one lap.

Five dinghies and one cruiser took part, the cruiser being Alison's Dabber, Sea Spray, and her friend Tracy and their children.
