26 STARTING RACES
Races shall be started using the following signals. Times shall be taken from the visual signals; the absence of a sound signal shall be disregarded.

The light signals have been added for the convenience of and use by Glasson Sailing Club
LIMITED RECALL
1 LIGHT and 1 BLAST ON THE HOOTER. ALL lights out when all boats have started correctly
GENERAL RECALL
ALL LIGHTS and 2 BLASTS ON THE HOOTER. This now the Warning Signal for the complete sequence, i.e. the 5-minute signal.
SHORTEN COURSE
2 BLASTS ON THE HOOTER and break out FLAG S. The race will finish on the lap that the leading boat completes. The OOD will use her/his discretion of when to finish the slow handicap boats. Finish all slow boats as the cross the finish line after the S flag has broken out.
POSTPONEMENT
1 BLAST ON THE HOOTER and break out the ANSWERING PENNANT
The next signal will be 1 minute before the Warning Signal
