Sunday 29th June

Judith’s 50th birthday – sang to her and then all went to church.
Had lunch at Trebah where Sue suddenly became poorly – pain in her throat.  Daphne took us to Falmouth Hospital Minor Injuries Unit where they were kind and helped Sue – set up an appointment for her on Monday at Trelisk Hospital, Truro if she didn’t feel better

Monday 30th June

Sue felt a little better so she cancelled the appointment at Trelissick

Daphne went to her art class in the morning and we just about managed to get dressed before she came home.

I decide that I'd like a walk so decided to walk down to Falmouth - took my bus pass with me!   As I passed the bust stop in Mabe, just up the road, I noticed that a bus was due so I waited and had my first bus ride in Cornwall down to the square.

Saturday 12th July

Dull day with rain on and off.

Daphne decided that we were going to Helford Passage and taking the ferry to Helford Village because Michael hadn't been on a boat - we had talked about it a few days before.  We thought about going on Daphne's walking club walk which was to start from the car park at Helford Village but decided the terrain was too rough, tree roots etc, for Suzie, still not seeing properly
