Health Walk - Tuesday 21st October 2014

Only four of us turned up this morning for the Health Walk, which was disappointing as it was a lovely morning and the Park is a riot of colour.   It was a bit windy but it was dry and occasionally sunny.

I think Michael took charge and we started on the Parkrun course.  He has dreams of starting the doing the Parkruns one day.

Today's Walk

We kept to The Parkrun course until we crossed the Stone Bridge for the second time.  From there you go back up into Cock Cabin Wood and follow the first part of the walk again but from Gravel Hole Wood you climb up through the Pinetum to the finish - allegedly five kilometers, just over three miles.
