A strange day, a nice morning but there was a dampness about it.

David was leading and he took us down to the Stone Bridge and up round the Lake.  Sue and Carmel followed us down but chose a shorter route for Sue - blue route.

Climbing up into the field, you'll see it's easier to walk up the bank than the high steps for some of us, where we walked down to the entrance of Dog Kennel Wood.  We walked through the woods and along the Cycle Track back to the Stone Bridge.

Jacqueline called us all to attention to decide who wanted to return to the Barn with her and who wanted to go into the woods with David.  Carole decided to accompany Jacqueline, green route and the rest of us followed David.
