Health Walk - Thursday 4th December 2014

Too gloomy for my camera, might have been OK with a tripod, but it was dry.  Fourteen walkers turned up which is near normal for a Thursday.  David H volunteered to lead us.  

We decided to avoid the Cinder Path so David led us off down to the Stone Bridge.  Quite soon Sue & Peter left us to walk round the Hall, green route on map.  Sue's got COPD and Peter is struggling with his back and chest.  We can cater for all abilities except perhaps serious walkers.

At the Stone Bridge we walked south along the Cycle Track until we came to the path up into Gravel Hole Wood.
