Health Walk - Thursday 11th December 2014

David and Sandy write:

There was a cold wind but it had abated somewhat from earlier in the morning.

There was only three of us today - David, Linda Phillips and Sandy.   David led the walk.   We went down the cinder path; along and round the Cock Cabin Pond; down the path to the Stone Bridge and up the steps to the lake only to find that there was a warning out regarding not to take the path through Dog Kennel Wood because of high winds.  We then walked down to and along the Cycle Track, over the Wooden Bridge; up Cardiac Hill and through the Pinetum back to the visitor centre.  

Linda brought some welcome mince pies for all.  Jacquie joined us for coffee and to hand out Xmas cards.
