Health Walk - Tuesday 17th March 2015
Photos by Michael & Sandy - Please click on photos to see a larger one
A little dull, perhaps a few spots of rain however we had a good walk in the dry if a little cold. There were eleven of us: Bernadette, Carmel, Caroline, Colin, Elizabeth H, Helen, Jim, June, Michael, Sandy and Sue.

Helen elected to lead and her we are listening to her options, well at the moment Bernadette is peaking. Jim and Sue don't like the Cinder Path so Helen led us round the front of the Hall and down to the Stone Bridge

The Cormorants were in the same place. Had they not moved since Thursday?

Jim, June and Sue walked down to the Cycle Track while the rest of us walked up into Dog Kennel Wood. We walked on through Gravel Hole Wood and up Cardiac Hill, where we caught up with Jim, June and Sue, and on into the Pinetum.

Colin is interested in birds so Michael took him and Caroline up to the viewing area in the Pinetum to see the birds on the feeders. The Nuthatch was there again but he couldn't wait for me to get a good photo. There were Blue Tits, Great Tits, a Robin

and a pair of Long Tailed Tits. (Anyone interested in birds could do worse than go to the viewing area and sit, rest, watching them on the feeders.)
Then on to the Barn.
