Health Walk - Thursday 2nd April

Nine today.   Bernadette, Carmel, David H, Eileen, Helen, Jacqueline, Michael, Sandy and Sue.  We welcomed Eileen, it was her first time today.  Helen was persuaded to lead.  The weather was fair with high cloud, the sun bursting through occasionally - spring at last?

Helen led us round the south side of the Hall and down Snake Hill to the Stone Bridge

At the Stone Bridge we walked round the bottom of the dam and climbed up to the Lake, we are still all together!

Jacqueline & Sue left us at the corner of the Lake.  They walked down to the Cycle Track and walked along the valley and up into the Pinetum - green route.

We carried on round the Lake, up into the field and back down again.  We climbed up into Dog Kennel Wood then Gravel Hole Wood and down to the Cycle Track, over the Wooden Bridge and up Cardiac Hill into the Pinetum and back to the Barn for refreshments where Jacqueline & Sue were waiting for us.
