As we left Dog Kennel Wood we saw Sue and Carmel who, having walked round the west side of the Lake were heading down the hill towards the Stone Bridge, over and up Snake Hill

We continued up the hill, note the contrast with the Dandelions in the woods - sparse undergrowth

A magnificent catch by a fisherman, only his second fish from the Lake. It weighed over 25lbs, may have been over 26lbs.

We walked round the Picnic Area, over the Stone Bridge and up into the Unnamed Wood.
We didn't enter Cock Cabin Wood but walked straight to the Cinder Path and back to the Barn for our tea/coffee and biscuits.
