A dry morning, occasional sun and very windy. We had eight walkers - Carmel, Elizabeth H, Elizabeth M, Helen, Jillian, Michael, Sandy and Sue.
Michael led off down towards the Stone Bridge but turned up Runners Hill towards Cock Cabin Wood. We entered the wood and walked round Cock Cabin Pond where Sue an Carmel spotted lots of tadpoles. We left the wood and entered Walkers' Wood coming out onto the Cycle Track

We continued round the Lake, looking down into the Picnic Area we spotted the children examining what they had fished out of the river. We continued round the Lake and up into the field then down to Dog Kennel Wood
