Health Walk - Tuesday 28th July 2015

A warm morning, a bit muggy and rain was forecast but as you'll see we had a dry walk and blue skies with a little sunshine.

We had nine walkers today- Brian, Carmel, Carole, Debora, Elizabeth H, Jacqueline, Lawrence, Michael, Pat and Deborah's two dogs Max and Molly.  It was Lawrence's first time.

Brian led off towards the Cinder Path.

We walked over the M6 and into the 'Dark' side of the Park - only Brian takes us this way. We walked down towards the car park and along the bottom.

I think these were Ragged Robin and they looked much better than they have shown up in the photograph.

Molly is on the left and Max on the right.  Brian didn't lead us into Cock Cabin Wood or Walkers' Wood but straight round the Cycle Track and up Snake Hill, passing the 'building site' on the way back to the Barn for our usual refreshments.
