Health Walk - Thursday 15th October 2015

We had 17 walkers today - Bernadette D, Carmel, Carole, Colin D, David H, Graham, Gwen, James, Joanne, Julie, Linda D, Linda P, Mary, Michael, Peter, Sandy and Sue.  It was good to see Bernadette, Colin and Graham's for their second walk with us.

It was another sunny morning but very nippy

David accepted the lead again and outlined where he would take us.  We set off towards the Cinder Path

Approaching the Stone Bridge.  Here Peter and Sue cut their walk short and proceeded up Snake Hill - green route and arrows.

We continued round the Picnic Area and up and round the Lake into the field.  We entered Dog Kennel Wood and walked through into Gravel Hole Wood and back down to the Cycle Track on which we walked along the river to the Stone Bridge and up Snake Hill to the Barn
