We had 16 walkers today - Ann, Bernadette D, Carmel, Colin D, David H, Elizabeth M, Frankie, Graham, Gwen, Helen F, Linda E, Mary, Michael, Peter, Sandy and Sue. It was Helen's first walk with us. Helen is Mary's sister. We have two sets of sisters now, the other two are Barbara N and Frankie.
It was another dry morning with sunny intervals.
David accepted the lead again and outlined where he would take us and set off towards the Pinetum. We crossed the Wooden Bridge and Peter and Sue elected to do a shorter walk and set off north along the river - Where there are green arrows on the red route on map it means we've all walked the same way at those sections.

we climbed down to the Picnic Area - yes climbed, for some of us it's easy to walk up steps than down.

Admiring the reflections and looking for wild life, it was perhaps a bit to cold but the sun is shining

A last look then we're on our way to the Cinder Path towards Sue Ryder Drive and back to the Barn where we arrived just before Peter and Sue for our refreshments. A few left early to dine with the WI at the Woodsman.
It was another good walk, thanks David
