Fourteen walkers plus two, Bernadette, Carmel, Colin, Elizabeth M, Frankie, Graham, James, Lawrence, Linda E, Maureen, Michael, Pat, Peter and Sue. Carmel and Sue did the short walk - green route, and Elizabeth H and Sandy did an even shorter walk, as part of their convalescing - not illustrated on the map.
Michael, leading, hoping he had created a walk with out any puddles, perhaps one may be encountered and as a special treat no steps or stiles. After the rain since the last walk the Park is saturated with casual water everywhere.
We all walked down to the Stone Bridge. Over the Stone Bridge Carmel and Sue left us to walk along the Cycle Track towards the Covert Pond where they turned back and completed their walk along the same path as the rest of us.
We carried on straight up into the Field but climbing up to the top Pat felt she shouldn't carry on so Lawrence and Pat dropped down to the Lake and pottered round the blue route - approximately.
We walked on up past the Ponderosa and on to Cam Lane. From Cam Lane we crossed the road and walked down Sheephill.
We returned to the Park adjacent to the Town Brow car park and walked along the cycle track towards the Wooden Bridge.

We crossed the Wooden Bridge and out came the waterproof camera. We had a mixed bag of weather. Some sunshine and a few showers but mostly dull and a little chilly.

The sheep were still in the field on the way up to Cardiac Hill, I guess some of them will be off to the butchers soon, perhaps they have already been culled?

Cardiac Hill. We more or less completed the walk without stopping for rest.

All met up again for refreshments.
