Today we had seventeen walkers - Ann, Barbara, Bernadette, Carmel, Colin, David, Elizabeth M, Frankie, Gwen, Graham, Jacqueline, Mary, Michael, Peter, Paul, Sandy and Suzie.
It was a lovely sunny morning. The leaves are all coming out, lots of different shades of green.
David was leading. He set off towards the Stone Bridge

The new building and the view over the field to the river and woods. Here the four short walkers left us to walk towards the Hall.

On the Lake side now and we spotted the Heron flying to its nest. The fisherman at the top of the steps said they don't half make a racket.

Leaving the Field and climbing towards the Ponderosa.
From Cam Lane we dropped down into Green Wood, walked along the top and back over the 'ford', which, remarkably, today was DRY.

We climbed up to the Field and retraced our steps back to the Barn.
Peter led the short walkers round the front of the Hall, down the Drive into Cuerden Close through the little wood and back to the Barn along Berkeley Drive - green route and arrows
