Health Walk - Thursday 5th September 2019

Carmel:  "I lead and had no back marker but that was ok as there was only about 11 of us on the long walk.  They were regulars so no problem.    I went down Snake hill up Cock Cabin wood over the motorway and around the loop  coming back via the cinder path. There was one new walker"

John B:  "Elite walk, 12 walkers plus George, John B leading, Colin back marking.   A short distance up Snake Hill, left through pinetum, down Cardiac,right to left up to Gravel Hole Wood, Dog Kennel Wood, loop through pasture, down steps to lake, round lake to descend long steps, up Snake Hill."

Where there are green arrows on the red route it means the Elite walkers had followed the main >> or the main group had followed the Elite walkers >>.
