| Health Walk - Thursday 12th September
  Photos by Beth & mostly Frankie - Please click on photos to see a larger one  Frankie:  "The weather was very kind today for our walk led by Frankie and back marked by Jimmy who it's fair to say did more steps than the rest of the group as he walked up and down whilst we caught our breath after an incline.   Here are a few photographs taken today that we would like to share with you.       The route for today was. Walk down Cardiac hill over the wooden bridge tuning left   Photo 1

 along the lake to the wooden steps.    After descending the Long Steps

 we walked to the stone bridge and turned right through Walkers Wood

 to emerge and run into the Elite Group -
 John B:  " Elite walk, 6 walkers plus George, John B leading, Beth back marker.  Down to gate then left to cross front of Hall, from side of Hall right

 (Beth:  It’s the tipi in Wilbrams Wood I’m trying to learn the camera on the phone.) into Wilbrahams Wood, exit onto main drive by the big tree stump. right and right into Cinder Path, right onto cycle track, left to circle Cock Cabin Wood, along track to left into Walkers Wood. Down to Stone Bridge, along main cycle track to right ascend Cardiac Hill to right at the many eyed tree to Visitors Centre."

 and returned to the Visitors Centre via the Cinder Path around the front of the Hall and return" s.jpg) Today's walks (Red Main Group, Green Short Walk Option Group).
 Where there are green arrows on the red route it means the Elite walkers had followed the main >> or the main group had followed the Elite walkers >>.  similarly for the blue arrows
