Sheila: "Thirty four long walkers led by Carmel and back marked by Sheila enjoyed the walk on a dull chilly morning. We were joined by four new walkers today and Charlie one canine friend. The Elite group of fifteen was led by John B and back marked by Brian and included one canine friend Meg. Michael has provided photos so I have just one - of him! - see below"

the painfully slow queue to pay for one's parking and then the conundrum of which notice to obey about where to display your ticket. You do not need to display your ticket. The old notice by the ticket machine is very misleading

Where there are green arrows on the red route it means the Elite walkers had followed the main >> or the main group had followed the Elite walkers >>. similarly for the blue arrows
