| Health Walk - Thursday 14th November
  Photos by Michael S, Sheila T & Eileen P - Please click on photos to see a larger one  Sheila T led the longer walk with Michael making suggestions so that we could time the ASDA loop for thoughts on Saturday's Children in Need Countryside Ramble.  Frankie was back marking a group of  nineteen.    Fifteen Elite walkers and George & Paddy, led by Colin C, back marked by John B Today it was dry but very cold as we set off.  Sheila set off down Snake Hill, sending Michael back to photograph the glimpse of the Lake from the high part of the hill

 We crossed the Stone Bridge, up the Slope, round the Lake - the purists say it's a reservoir but the Park signs all point to a Lake - through the Kissing Gate and up the Steps on to Cam Lane From here we timed the loop, on to Hawks Clough. We dropped down into Green Wood and walked round Green Wood to climb

 back on to Cam Lane, back to Hawks Clough and the top of the steps.  Twenty-five minutes.
 Down to the Kissing Gate, up through Dog Kennel Wood, Gravel Hole Wood, down to the   Photo 11
 Cycle Path, along the Cycle Path, over the Stone Bridge and back up Snake Hill and back to the  Visitors Centre.
