Sheila T:   "Forty four walkers enjoyed a cold but bright morning.   Jimmy led the long walk group of twenty six back marked by Sheila accompanied by Wesley our canine friend.   Colin led the Elite group of seventeen walkers and our canine regulars George and Charlie with Brian back marking."

Dropping down to the Cycle Path and this time crossing the Wooden Bridge to climb up Cardiac Hill, into the Pinetum and back to the Visitors Centre/cafe

The Elite Walkers - Eileen: "Out with the Elite Walkers this morning in Cuerden Valley Park, icy in places underfoot but everyone looked out for each other."
