Again no Health walks allowed today.
I turned up, riding on my bike to the Park, doing a walk then riding home. I took a few photos:

Started down Cardiac Hill turning right at the bottom and leaving the Cycle Path to walk along the river, over the Stepping Stones. Photos 1, 2& 3 are halfway along the path on the Leyland side of the river.
Across Town Brow into the South side of the Park, taking the first footpath to the left eventually coming out on to Back Lane. Walking down to cross Sheephill Lane then along through the Field next to the river coming out at the Covert Pond and continuing on the Cycle Path to the Stone Bridge, crossing to tackle Snake Hill. James who was with me carried on the Cycle Path to Bamber Bridge and I climbed Snake Hill resting on every bench

Now on the second bench, the worst of the climb over but very tired, still got the ride home

The third bench, we always rested here before the Chorley walkers joined us.

but the Oasis has dried up! You can just pick out my bike, the one on the right, the other one looks like it hasn't moved for some time, the gears are all rusted up.
The ride home is mostly down hill and freewheeling, I doubt if I could pedal home up hill!
Today's walks (Red Main Group, Green Short Walk Option Group).
Where there are green arrows on the red route it means the Elite walkers had followed the main >> or the main group had followed the Elite walkers >>. similarly for the blue arrows
Compiled by Michael Swarbrick with grateful thanks to Jimmy for finding me and walking with me.
