Photos by Eileen P - Please click on photos to see a larger one Today we only had twenty walkers and very wet rain. It was Amanda and Eileen's first walk with us. James leading the main walk with Carmel back marking. Peter led the Elite group. Both walks started off by going through the car park where Eileen photographed the sculpture Peter's account: Taking in to account the very wet day we stayed on the main paths, through the car park, down Snake Hill, across the Stone Bridge, up the steps at the right hand corner of the Lake, keeping the lake on our left forward then turning 180 degrees and coming back on ourselves down to the main path by the river, turning left along the river to the Wooden Bridge and up cardiac hill. We then did the steps up to the bird feeders and back to the carpark. Only a short walk but a Very wet one. James led the main group on the paths Peter was to follow but as they reached the lake they went through the kissing and up in the Field where they were
They continued along Cam Lane. James has discovered by looking on the internet map that they were on Cam Lane all the way from the Stone Bridge! Crossing Sheep Hill Lane they walked down to the Back Lane, crossing the road and walked along the Cycle Track all the way to the Wooden Bridge, up Cardiac Hill, through the Pinetum back to the Barn
